If you’re wondering, “Can I get my ex girlfriend back?” then the breakup probably wasn’t so devastating that you think the relationship can’t be saved. You’ll have to hope she feels the same way. If any hurt was caused during the split that you should apologize for, now’s the time to say you’re sorry. Being sorry and sincerely showing it is a good first step.
Can I get my ex girlfriend back by showing my sensitive side?
Well, there’s no guarantee you’ll get back together, but the odds tilt more and more in your favor when you do things right. Show her how much you miss her, and how sorry you are. Just pay attention to what she does. If your gestures of sorrow only make her angry—she throws away the roses or something dramatic like that, for example—change your tactics until you find that something she responds to.
If flowers or cards frustrate her, for example, maybe that’s because it’s easy to pick up the phone and order flowers or buy a card someone else wrote. Try putting yourself in her shoes and try to figure out something more appealing. Buy a blank card and write your own verse in it. It doesn’t have to rhyme, in fact it’s better if it doesn’t. Try to honestly express how you feel. Or pick flowers and present her with a bouquet you put together yourself.
A common complaint among women is that men aren’t thoughtful. Were you thoughtful during the relationship? Now you might be wondering, can I get my ex girlfriend back by being thoughtful? Not necessarily, but it’s one more step toward your goal of getting her back. Every positive thing stacks up, making it easier and easier for her to come back to you. Don’t expect things to happen right away, though.
If you spent your relationship rarely doing thoughtful things, or you only did them in the beginning, she’ll probably doubt the things you do now. Just be patient, and keep up your efforts. Don’t appear frustrated or angry. Do the thoughtful things because it feels good to make her happy, not because you’re working toward a goal.
Can I get my ex girlfriend back by dating other women?
If it’s been a long time since the breakup, and you’re still working on being thoughtful, a casual date seems harmless and may make her wish she was your date, but go too far and it could backfire.
Can I get my ex girlfriend back if she has a boyfriend?
The odds are against it, but if you can show her that she’ll be happier with you than the new boyfriend you’ll have a good chance. Being thoughtful will go a long way toward showing her that. Even if it seems hopeless, don’t give up.
If it appears she’s moved on, still send her a card you wrote just wishing her a great week. But don’t look as if you have any expectations. Your thoughtfulness might really impress her.
One other thing my friend, the points made above, are only just one step in the equation of getting your true love back. The important thing is to have a step by step plan that will lead you in your heartfelt pursuit.
Frankly, that's what I did when my true love dumped me. I followed a plan authored by T 'Dub' Jackson. When my cause was almost hopeless and I was dieing inside, it hauled me up by my bootstraps and helped me get my life's love back. It's called "The Magic of Making Up" and you can check it out at The Magic of Making up
Good luck!

Heartbroken Can I Get My Ex Boyfriend Back
If you’ve just been through a breakup, you’re probably wondering, ‘Can I get my ex boyfriend back?” at least several times a day. Every relationship is different, so every break up is different. But there are some things you can do to help get him back.
Be nice.
That might go without saying, but some people think nagging is the best way to get what they want. It’s not. If you nag, complain or act unpleasant, you’re just reminding him of things he wants to get away from. If you make things uncomfortable every time you see him, he’ll only want to see you less and less.
The last thing you want to do is drive him farther away. Be as pleasant as you can whenever you’re around him, unless the only way to do so is to be absolutely fake.
If you’re wondering, can I get my ex boy friend back by pretending to be this way or that way? Then you have to wonder why you want to be back with him anyway. You might be better off finding someone who doesn’t make you need to pretend.
If you can be pleasant, then whatever problems you had before the breakup probably don’t seem nearly as important now. You might find yourself wondering why you weren’t more pleasant when you were together.
You can’t change the past, but do remember that later when you’re back together. Point it out to him, and let him know that you did take him for granted. He probably took you for granted too, but don’t expect him to admit it now.
Some other things you might be thinking of trying could either be disastrous or they could work in your favor.
Can I get my ex boyfriend back if he has a girlfriend?
This is probably the hardest situation to overcome. Not only is it difficult to be alone with him if he has someone else, he’s focused on the new relationship. You’re part of the past, and not a priority. Being nice right now is crucial. You have to make him see how wonderful you are and how much he’s missing.
Can I get my ex boyfriend back by trickery?
No matter what kind of deception you’re thinking of, even if it doesn’t seem harmful—forget it now. Even the most innocent-seeming lie or exaggeration could backfire later. What’s the point of figuring out how to get him back only to lose him a little while later because he finds out about your dishonesty?
Can I get my ex boyfriend back by making him jealous?
It’s possible, but it could also backfire and make him think you’ve moved on. If you really feel the need to date, then do so if you need that to be happy.
But if you’re considering going out with someone just to make your ex jealous, that’s not really fair to your date, or you. Games like this usually don’t work. Be honest with yourself and others, and you stand a better chance of getting back together with your ex.
These are just the beginning steps in winning your Ex back. They are the initial steps I followed when I lost the love of my life. And frankly these aren't my original ideas. I turned to T 'Dub' Jackson when I had no idea of how to get my true love back.
T 'Dub' authored a simple, down to earth step by step plan called "The Magic Of Making Up". And you know, it worked like magic for us. Now we are more in love than ever.
Good luck!

What Should I Do to Get My Ex Back
When you break up with someone you love, you go through lots of painful emotions. You feel sad, depressed and hurt, and you miss them. “What should I do to get my ex back?” becomes a question you constantly ask yourself.
There are many websites, books, blogs, forums and even courses designed to answer the question, what should I do to get my ex back? But common sense can really make a difference after a breakup. And common courtesy can go long way toward healing your relationship.
If you’re preoccupied with your lost relationship, wondering “what should I do to get my ex back?” then follow this simple advice. You’ll give yourself the best chance of getting back together with that special someone.
Don’t play games. This is very important, but unfortunately many people resort to this during breakups because it gives them a sense of power. If you can make the other person think that you don’t care, or you care more than you really do, you’re manipulating them and that can feel great. But it won’t feel great for long.
Eventually you’ll realize that lying and tricking the other person isn’t a good feeling. And anything good that happens because of it will always be sullied a little because of the lie.
Some people play games where they pretend to be dating someone else, or they pretend to be in love with someone else. This is a ploy to make the ex jealous. While it does work now and then, other times it makes the breakup permanent because it backfires.
Your ex could be so jealous at the thought of you being with someone else that they want you back. Or they could decide that since you moved on so quickly, you don’t really care about them anyway. You have no way of knowing which way this ploy will work until it’s too late.
Don’t be mean. This holds true in any situation or any relationship, but sometimes the anger around a breakup makes us act more viciously than we normally might. Even if you’re hurt, the fact that you want to know, ‘What should I do to get my ex back?” shows that you’re ready to forgive that person. If you couldn’t, you wouldn’t want your ex back, you’d be glad it was over.
Now, think about how you’ve been acting. If you were your ex, would you look forward to spending time with you or talking to you? Or would you dread each time? Do you shout and nag? Even if you feel like raising all kinds of arguments, simply don’t. Work very hard at controlling your anger and hurt, and being a person they can miss.
“What should I do to get my ex back?” Be on your best behavior and make your ex remember what drew them to you in the first place. They’ll remember your good points and will miss them. Then you’ll have a better chance of being able to get back together with your ex.

How can I Get my Ex Back with a Confident Attitude
Although a breakup with a boyfriend or with a girlfriend can be really depressing, it does not need to mean that the relationship is over. Even if the breakup should suddenly leave you feeling confusion and loneliness, you may still feel really eager to heal the wounds and jump right back in to that relationship with your ex. If you are asking yourself "How can I get my ex back?", then there are some things you need to know. If you learn how to react following a break up, and you become aware of how not to strain the relationship even further, then getting ex back will be easier than ever.
It can seem hard to keep up a cheerful attitude throughout your day following a breakup, but it is believed by relationship experts believe that an optimistic and confident attitude can go a long way. Here are some of the ways that a confident attitude can answer the question "how can I get my ex back?"
Keep your confidence - If you are asking "how can I get my ex back?", then you should remain confident. Rather than going around feeling gloomy, try to find ways that you can keep yourself occupied and happy. Keep the depression out of your demeanor. Allow your ex boyfriend or girlfriend to know that you are strong and that you are more than capable of handling such an emotional situation, and also that you are capable of surviving on your own as well.
Remain socially active - If getting your ex back is your primary focus, surround yourself with well wishers, positive attitudes and good friends. Show your ex that people appreciate you, and that they love having you around. As more people begin to feel good about your presence in their lives, your ex will begin to see you in a completely new light. He or she will realize that yes, you are a good person that they simply cannot afford to let go of. This is one of the best ways to let your ex notice you in a new light.
Maintain a good appearance - Another solution to "How can I get my ex back?" is not to let your appearance reflect your situation. You need to pay attention to every detail of your looks, including your clothes, your make up, your hair, your stride, your shoes and even your voice. It can be hard to act happy or to take care of yourself following a bad breakup, but this is one of the best ways that you can let your ex know that you are doing just fine, and do not need to beg for his or her sympathy. You are going to get back together like adults who are mature and responsible if you are going to get back together at all.
Good luck!

How to Get Back Together with My Ex in 3 Steps
Have you just recently experienced a break up, and you are wondering "how can I get back together with my ex”? You may want to score your ex back immediately, and this is a common feeling that everyone experiences.
You can find yourself following into an emotionally depressed state, and you may find yourself wondering what to do. You may immediately feel like calling your ex and begging him or her to come back to you. But is this really going to make things better? Rather than make things better, what it is probably going to do is make your situation much worse, chasing your ex away even further.
What you should actually do at this point is the opposite of what you are feeling. Do you feel like calling your ex? Don't! Do you feel like staying inside and crying all day long? Don't! Instead, follow these three basic steps and you will have the answer that you need to the age old question "How do I get back together with my ex?"
Step 1 - How to get back with my ex: Accept the Break Up!
First and foremost, you need to accept that the break up is happening. Tell your ex that you are okay with it, and allow the "moving on" process to begin/. When you do this, it will eliminate a large amount of the tension and stress that is being experienced by all. Your ex will need time to think about the relationship, and this will give you time as well to consider your options. If your ex realizes that he or she still loves you, they will find a way to get back with you.
Step 2 - How to get back with my ex: Do not contact your ex!
Do not make an effort to contact your ex anymore right now. You should cut communication off with him or her so that there can be some "thinking time". This may seem counterintuitive, but by cutting communication off you are signaling that you have already moved on and that you are doing just fine.
This will allow him or her to think about the relationship and how they feel about its value. It will also allow them to have some time to miss you again. When you can separate yourself from your ex and can calm your nerves, that may be the best time to let them realize how important you were to them.
Step 3 - How to get back with my ex: Plan Ahead for the Get Together
Once you have completed the two steps mentioned just above, you can start working on planning on when you should meet, where you should meet, and also what should be said when you do meet up again. This will allow you to get a better idea of whether or not your ex still loves you, and also if there is any chance that you and your ex will be able to get back together.
"How to get back with my ex?" Can be a little more complicated than the three steps above. But they are a good start and will improve your chances of winning your ex back.
GOod luck!

How To Get Back Together With Your Ex Boyfriend
Sacrifice and compromise are both critical parts in the give and take that goes hand in hand with any relationship. If you are asking "How can I get back together with my ex boyfriend?" then you are going to need to keep these things in mind. Nothing is going to make mending a broken relationship simple, but some of the advice contained within this article can certainly make it a lot less difficult overall to give him a reason to want to come back to you.
So while you may be obsessing with the all important question, "how can I get back together with my ex boyfriend?", what you need to be focusing on is rectifying the causes of failure. By doing so you will be able to eliminate the tension and stress which brought the split on in the first place.
So, How can I get back together with my ex boyfriend, you ask?
When a relationship fails, you need to take that as an indication that something went wrong. If your boyfriend left you, then it was likely for one of two reasons: Either the relationship was becoming stale because there was not enough of you in it, or the relationship was getting too claustrophobic because there was too much of you in it. Either way, one of these causes is going to lead to relationship suicide. If you are asking "How can I get back together with my ex boyfriend", then you need to start looking at which of these led to the break up so you can act accordingly.
Whatever the issue is that chiefly contributed to the split, it was probably either something that you did, or something that you didn't do. It may be harsh to look at things this way, but that is simply how it usually works. The person who was broken up with either did, or did not do something and the person doing the splitting simply felt driven away. So now what happens, and how can you manage to get him to come back? The first step is to change whatever it was that drove him away in the first place.
You need to sit down and really take a hard look at your situation. What could have led to the breakup? Which of these things were your fault, and which were not your fault?
Rule out the ones that were out of your control, since they continue to be out of your control, and focus on the things that you did do wrong, the ones that you can in fact change. If your biggest problem is something that you were responsible for and that you could change, then there is a very good chance that you can still get back together with him. However, you must be certain you really are willing to make the necessary changes to appeal to him again.
Just knowing how to get back together with your ex boyfriend is not enough. It won't happen unless you are willing to take action. Now!
Good luck!

Now!
Good luck!
Jeff

5 Ways to Get Back at Your Ex
Relationships are fragile bonds that need to be built up and maintained in order to keep them healthy and allow them to flourish. Unfortunately, break ups do happen, and they are nerve wracking, stressful and frustrating. If you are involved in a relationship that breaks up, you may be thinking that you want to get back at your ex but is this really the best step to take? One of the most influential ways that you can actually get back at your ex will not only put your ex in an interesting predicament, but it may also repair the relationship by showing your ex how important you are and were to them. So not only are these 5 tips to get back at your ex but they are also excellent methods for getting your ex back as well.
1 - Be strong. No one needs the needy, and this saying applies very well when it comes to broken up relationships. You need to stop begging, clinging or exhibiting the behavior of someone who is feeling desperate. Let your ex think that you have moved on just fine without them by acting strong and moving on. When you've moved on, your ex will realize that they have not.
2 - Minimize communication. Closing the doors of communication may appear counterintuitive when your primary focus is to rekindle things, but it is one of the most important steps when getting back at your ex or getting your ex back. Take a break from your ex, close off communication, and let him or her stew for a little while without any contact. This will allow your ex to clear his or her mind and realize how valuable your relationship was.
3 - Be flexible. Do not be forceful with your ex, demanding that they move out, or pick their things up by a certain date. Be flexible, be a listener and a sympathizer. Your ex will be surprised when they see this side of you, and it may inspire them to build the lines of communication that were lacking when the breakup came into play.
4 - Get the heck out! This is no time for you to be alone. Call your friends and get out of the house. Develop a social network and enjoy some entertainment in your life. This may not mean you need to date, or even pay attention to the opposite sex, but you do need to be getting out and enjoying your time with your friends. Not only will this be therapeutic for you, but it will also help convince your ex that they lost a gem.
5 - Simply be yourself. There was a really good reason for why you and your ex had a relationship to begin with, so go back to being yourself and let your ex remember why they loved you in the first place. This renewed self perception of your own self will surely rub off on your ex as well.
Good Luck!

How to get an Ex back
Did you just experience a break up? Are you wondering how to go get an ex back? Almost nearly every adult as experienced some kind of a break up, and most just work on moving on rather than looking for a way to get an ex back. But if you are over playing the victim and want to put some work in to get an ex back, then there are options for you. Everyone deals with breakup, but does break up simply mean that you cannot get back together with your ex?
The fact is, 90 percent of the time there is no reason why you cannot get an ex back after a break up, providing that you know what steps are necessary to win your ex back. The first step in learning how to get an ex back is to determine what exactly happened that caused the break up. Even though you cannot go back into the past, and you cannot change what happened, you can learn from the mistakes that were made and you can try to learn and grow from the experiences.
The break up may have occurred because of a single event, or it may have occurred from behaviors that your ex could not deal with anymore. No matter what the reason was that led to the breakup, you need to get the specifics figured out so that you can deal with the situation if it should never come up again. You can get an ex back if you know how, but if you want to make it work on a long term basis, you need to figure out what went wrong in the first place.
The next step in the process is to ensure that you are not coming off as a needy person. Everyone will feel like they cannot live without their ex, but there is no point in making this obvious. Instead, you should stay strong, and let your ex see that you are doing just fine by yourself. If you let everyone around you see your comfort and self confidence, then you will have a better chance of getting back together with your ex.
Trying to get back at your ex, or trying to make your ex jealous is not a good way to operate. In fact, these are some of the worst things that you can possibly do, because it will show your ex that he or she should simply move on because you already have. While you do want your ex to see that you're doing ok, you do not want it to inspire him or her to completely move on if your ideal scenario is to get back together. Let your ex see how strong and self confident you are, and they will feel inspired to get back together with you.
Good luck!

Does My Ex Want To Get Back With Me How To Tell
If your ex is showing you a little bit of interest, or seems more interested in going out and spending time with you than before, or if you notice signs that your ex is trying to flirt with you, then it's okay to be a little hopeful but you need to avoid jumping the gun. Are you asking yourself "does my ex want to get back with me"?
These are definitely very common signs that your ex is interested in getting you back. But even if you want to get back with your ex, you should not simply jump into things. The best way to play things is to play hard to get (in moderation), which is probably what your ex will best respond to anyway. If you simply jump into things full force, then you may find your ex pushing you back again. In fact, if your ex is giving indications that he or she wants you back, then the odds are, it was you playing hard to get that led to the renewed interest in the first place.
Usually when you break up with your ex, or he or she breaks up with you, there is a natural level of missing one another, or longing to get back together. This is especially true following a relationship of a year or longer. Your ex is probably going to miss you no matter what, because of how many memories were shared together during this period of time. But there are other emotions that come into play including past regrets. If you are wondering "does my ex want to get back with me" the odds are that your ex may be thinking the same thing for the same reasons.
Sometimes when an ex shows interest again following a break up however, it is only a game. They may see that you love them, and they may simply be trying to get attention, without actually intending to get you back. So, unless your ex really seems genuinely interested in spending time with you, they may just be passing the time because they have no other prospects on the horizon. And worst of all they may see this as away to get revenge for some perceived wrong. This is why it is important not to jump the gun, and why you should focus on reading into the situation before you act on it.
This is common, and a lot of people find themselves wondering "does my ex want to get back with me?", but the truth is, its better to get a feel for the situation before you act. In reality, if your ex does want to get back with you, playing hard to get (in moderation) is the best scenario because it will prevent you from getting hurt if your ex is not really serious about getting back with you.

What Can I do To Get My Ex Girlfriend Back
Most people find themselves asking "What can I do to get my ex girlfriend back" following a breakup. They begin to start thinking and philosophizing about everything that could have been done differently. They even begin to make plans about apology letters and other things that might be able to help them score their relationship back.
This tends to be a dead end for one reason above all else: Because you can never really tell what the real reasons were behind a breakup. Women become emotional and sometimes they do not even know what led to the break up at hand and they may not know what is making them feel the way they do. In many circumstances it is only harmful to lose all your energy trying to figure out what went wrong.
The first main strategy to answer the question about "what can I do to get my ex girlfriend back" is to forget about the relationship for a while, putting your energy into something else. Go out, make friends, have fun, network, and forget about women in general. Set some realistic goals about expanding your repertoire when it comes to seduction and meeting people.
Give yourself a couple of months and make changes in your life. Take some time away from your ex and it will work wonders.
The effect that strategies like this will have, is that it will allow you to make gradual changes in your life. And in how you perceive the subject of relationships. After a few months, you may have a much better idea of how you want to proceed with your ex.
Do you still want to get back together with her? Or are you ready to move on? Act accordingly. If you still want to get back together with her, it might be time to figure out how she is feeling about you.
Now is your chance to be a little more direct when it comes to getting your ex girlfriend back. You need to play strategically, however. Do not simply beg her to get back with you, because this is not a good time to be emotional.
Instead, what you should be doing is playing things cool with your ex. If you have spent enough time apart from her, she is probably missing you as badly as you are missing her. Play hard to get a little (don't over do it) and show her that you are doing fine without her. This will inspire her to really rethink things.
And if getting back together with your ex really is meant to be, now is the time when it will become apparent. Be careful not to analyze things too much, because over analyzing may prevent you from acting the right way when trying to figure out "what can I do to get my ex girlfriend back". Just take things slow and play them cool and you should be fine.
Good luck, I did it - I know you can too!

What Can I Do To Get My Ex Boyfriend Back
Are you feeling like everything you do pushes your ex away further? Is this describing your situation to a tee? Are you asking "What can I do to get my ex boyfriend back" at every turn? Here are some tips that will greatly improve your chances of getting back together with your ex boyfriend.
Obviously right now you are serious about saving or rekindling your relationship, which is what led you to this article in the first place. But if you are feeling overly anxious to get your ex back, you may be behaving in the wrong way, causing your ex to pull away naturally. It is human nature in general to resist this kind of pressure. Struggling against human nature is completely pointless, and it will only make matters worse.
Are you calling your ex too much, constantly writing him e-mails or text messaging him? Are you trying to make him feel sorry for you? If you are doing these things, stop! If you are asking yourself " What can I do to get my ex boyfriend back", then you need to stop doing these things right now.
So What can I do to get my ex boyfriend back? Follow this strategy instead.
You are going to need to take a completely fresh approach. Begin by breaking contact off for a while, doing your own thing. During this time where there is no communication between you and your ex boyfriend, you can focus on ways that you can improve your own personal life, rather than focusing on the relationship issues at hand. This is going to be a challenging time, and it is going to require discipline to prevent you from returning to your old ways.
During this time, your ex is going to experience a shift in how he feels about you, since you will no longer be pursuing him. You may become mysterious to him in some ways, because he is not sure what you are doing or feeling. This is actually something that can work in your favor. Now your ex is in a position to actually miss you, which is not possible when you are smothering him.
You must remember that the key to this strategy and repairing a break up is to work with human nature rather than attempting to work against it. If you are wondering " What can I do to get my ex boyfriend back", now you should have a fairly basic understanding on how common mistakes can be avoided. Once you implement this basic strategy you can restore a balance and allow your ex to remember why he loved you in the first place.
Just keep yourself grounded and avoid smothering him. Make yourself appear mysterious and he will be reminded why he loved you in the first place. Play hard to get (don't over do it) and let him make the first move, and you will come out on top. And then you will stop asking "What can I do to get my ex boyfriend back"

How can You Tell If You Are In A Toxic Relationship
How can you tell if you are in a toxic relationship? Here are some clues:
· Your partner puts you down (verbally) in front of others
· While your partner says they love you, their actions don’t back it up.
· Your partner is controlling – reading your mail or “showing up” at places you are just to “check up” on you.
· Your partner tries to make you dependent on them.
· You have changed things about yourself to please them.
Toxic people make you feel ill just being around them. So, why would anyone end up in a toxic relationship? Why would anyone want to be with someone who makes them feel emotionally or physically harmed?
A toxic relationship has a cycle. There’s a honeymoon period, followed by a blow up, followed by a reconciliation – at which point the cycle begins anew.
When you first meet a new partner, you are obviously in the honeymoon stage. It is not until they’ve sucked you in further that you realize that you are in a toxic relationship. At that point, it is difficult to get out.
One reason is that many people in toxic relationships grow up in toxic homes. As a result, they replicate the patterns of their childhood without even knowing they’re doing it. And, they may not know any better. Others believe they do not deserve happiness. Still others find that they enjoy taking care of people.
But the first step in getting out and staying out of toxic relationships is to realize that you do have choices. Often people who stay in these couples have low self esteem or suffer from depression.
Once you realize that you have choices, the next step is to start standing up for yourself. In most toxic relationships, the toxic partner has taught you that it is all your fault. Once you buy into this, it can be very difficult to either walk away from the relationship or set new limits that can heal the relationship.
For some people, working in therapy groups can help them either get out of or redefine these horrible relationships.
The good news is that some people are able to break the cycles of toxic relationships. Some of them leave the relationship and form new, healthier bonds.
But others are actually able to repair their relationship and stay in it.
The truth is that most relationships are able to be salvaged. Sometimes it takes a little space. Other times, it takes counseling. But if both partners make an attempt, it is possible to renew the bonds in a healthy way.
The first thing you need to decide is that the relationship must improve or you’re willing to walk away. If you aren’t willing to walk away, you’ll never be able to heal that which divides you.
Once you have liberated yourself from the dependency that is at the core of a toxic relationship, you can start to assert what you need from the connection. Don’t nag the other person. Simply say “I need your support,” “I need your love,” or “I need your truthful opinion.”
If you don’t get what you need, the other person should know that you’re prepared to walk.
A healthy relationship is a two way street. In a toxic relationship, the street is only going one way. You have the power to change that, but you must take the power into your own hands.
Good luck!

Relationship Quotes for Your Enjoyment
Sometimes the best way to say something is the way someone more literary than you has said it. In that vein, here are some relationship quotes of note:
"Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down."
-Oprah Winfrey
"Some of the biggest challenges in relationships come from the fact that most people enter a relationship in order to get something: they're trying to find someone who's going to make them feel good. In reality, the only way a relationship will last is if you see your relationship as a place that you go to give, and not a place that you go to take." -Anthony Robbins
"Some people come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never ever the same." -Flavia Weedn
"The act of forgiveness is the act of returning to present time. And that's why when one has become a forgiving person, and has managed to let go of the past, what they've really done is they've shifted their relationship with time." – Caroline Myss
"Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired." – Mark Twain
"Well, it seems to me that the best relationships - the ones that last - are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before. Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is... suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with" ~ Gillian Anderson
"Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies." – Aristotle
"The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard, but must be felt with the heart." – Helen Keller

Relationship Advice for Men Look at Evolution to Find a Mate
What is the best relationship advice for men? What should men know if they want a relationship to work for the long haul?
Probably the single biggest piece of relationship advice for men is to stop listening to what women say they want and start observing what women actually display that they want.
How do they display what they want? It is as simple as observing what kind of men they choose.
Women say “I want a man who listens to me.” They choose the man who dominates the conversation. Women say, “I want a guy with a good sense of humor.” They date the guy who has money.
Why do women say they want one thing but actually go out with a guy who is just the opposite? The answer to that question lies in the subconscious motivators for getting together. And, therein lies my relationship advice for men.
The historical, biological reason for men and women to get together is to propagate the species. In other words, just because getting pregnant may be the last thing on her conscious mind, when she evaluates a man at the subconscious level, she’s still looking for a good papa for her children.
Is the good dad someone who listens to her? No, it is someone who will provide for her children. And, the person who can provide for her children is someone who has the confidence to bring home the bacon.
Women need men who can be good providers. While a man can produce thousands of sperm on repeated occasions throughout their adult lives, even into their 90’s, women have about 400 chances of producing a baby. As a result, they are looking for a man who can provide longevity and stability for their babies.
A man who tells a women he is a lawyer and not a paralegal will have a better chance of landing her. That is because she perceives that a lawyer is a better provider for her future children.
But having a good income is not enough. A woman needs to perceive that a man is generous with his resources and will provide for her children. That is why women place such a high value on gifts such as jewelry.
It may also be why the engagement ring must be such a large purchase. When you ask a woman to marry you, you give her a ring, not just because it is traditional and romantic, but because it is a tangible display that you can provide for her and her children.
Further, even though modern humans make money more from their brains than their brawn, women are still programmed to think of strength equaling the ability to provide. That’s why, even when there is evidence to the contrary in the form of a tax return, the woman is hardwired to choose the lineman over the computer geek.
So, the biggest piece of relationship advice for men is to figure out what women need from an evolutionary point of view and give it to her.
Good luck, I know you can make things work!

A Few Things I Have Learned From Women Who Have Dumped Me
I have been happily married for over six years now. However, along the way there are a few things I have learned from women who have dumped me. I know, I know, it may be hard to believe that I have ever been dumped for those that know me. But yes it is true, I have been dumped. I have been dumped on harder than a cow pasture in Texas, on a late July morning, after feeding time.
Now that you have that picture branded into your brain, I will tell you a few things I have learned. All women are crazy!!! No, just kidding. What I have learned is not all women are going to love you. As hard as that is to believe for some of you; it's true. There is a thing called chemistry, and it is tougher to figure out in life than it was in high school. There are some women you have it with and some you don't. That's just a part of life.
Something else I have learned is all women are different. Not a single one of them are the same. Look I know you've heard that saying "all women are the same". That is a lie my friend, and if you really believe it, you will always be dumped by women. So don't ever treat them all the same or ever call them the same name. For some reason they just don't like that.
Now, back to the women are crazy part. No not all women are crazy. But brother, there are some that are as loony as the cartoons we use to watch when we were kids. I say this because I have rode that crazy train, and I don't ever want to buy that ticket again. You have heard that saying "you don't know what you have till it's gone". Well, when dating a crazy woman you know what you got and you can't wait till it's gone.
Out of the few things I have learned from women who have dumped me ... the most important thing is... I have to thank all the women who have dumped me, every single one of them. Because if it wasn't for the ones I couldn't please Or the one's that were just plain nutty, I would have never found the one I have been happily married to for six years now.
Good luck,
Jeff

Can I Save My Marriage?
If you are asking yourself "Can I Save My Marriage?” don't feel alone. Statistics show that the divorce rate in America is currently up to sixty percent. Before you ask yourself that particular question; you need to ask yourself how your relationship got to this point. Is this your first time on the brink of divorce? Or could it be your second, third, etc... If this is the case you should really analyze why you are in this predicament once again.
What is the problem in your marriage? In order to salvage your marriage you need to get to the root of the problem. Could the problem be finances, infidelity, not focusing on your partner; the list could go on and on. In my opinion, lack of communication is the root of most failed marriages. Marriage is supposed to be a team effort. Communication is the key to any successful team effort.
Back to the question at hand, you most certainly can save your marriage. Now, once you have thought about what has been the breakdown of your marriage; what are you to do now? What tools do you need to get your marriage back to the way it used to be?
First of all, listen to your partner. I didn't say agree with everything your partner said; but listen. The way to become a better listener is to practice “active listening”. This is where you make a conscious effort to hear not only the words that another person is saying but, more importantly, to try and understand the total message being sent. Effective communication can be hard. Especially when there are various different emotions involved.
If this will be difficult for you; I recommend marriage counseling. It has been proven that couples who attend counseling together reported significant improvement in communication. It is often helpful to have a third party involved. When I say third party, I mean someone that has no connections with either of you. It is essential to have an unbiased opinion. After all this is your marriage at stake.
Marriage doesn't make itself or just evolve into a perfect union. It takes hard work on both sides. This means, you and your partner working towards the common goal; of being in a fulfilling, soulful union. So, are you still asking yourself “Can I Save My Marriage"? You tell me. How much effort are you willing to put forth? Bottom line, it's your marriage, your happiness, your life.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

Does My Ex Still Love Me?
Well, does my ex still love me? Hmmm, let's think about that one for a minute. Ok! I'm done. Does it matter if your ex still loves you or not? I guess it could if you still had feelings for your ex. However, if she or he does still love you; then why are they your ex? Have you thought about that one yet?
Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with wondering if someone still has feelings for you. Matter of fact, it is perfectly natural to wonder these things about a flame you once had. Heck, I have sat back and remembered 25 years ago in high school about a girl I dated, from our freshman year till our senior year, and wondered if she still had old feelings about me.
There is nothing wrong with thinking about the past every now and again. Just wondering... But then you come to the reality of it, and realize, "Hey, they are my ex for a reason". However, if curiosity gets the best of you, go ahead and give it a shot. You will never know what will happen unless you do.
However, if you are willing to find out if that ex still has feelings for you; be ready for anything. Common sense will tell you anything can happen when you open up that door, my friend. And one of those things, which can happen, is you find both of you still have feelings for each other. You may be thinking "Wow! This is awesome?" Whoa! Hold on cowboy. What about your present life.
Are you in a relationship now? If so, is it worth opening up Pandora's Box? Ask yourself: "Is your current relationship worth risking?" Once you open that door, then you may end up getting bitten twice. You take that chance, just to find out if your ex still loves you or not.
Ask yourself: "Is she or he worth the risk?" Are you prepared for the answer? Are you prepared for the possibility of your current partner finding out? After all, it may be a life altering experience. If it doesn't go the way you had hoped; you just may have two people who don't love you.
This is when you need to have a heart to heart with yourself. Is it really worth bringing up something that is supposed to be behind you? That person is your ex, and they are your ex for a reason. Whether, you broke it off or the other person did. The main point is you're not together anymore; there is a reason for that.
So, when you are wondering does my ex still love me? Leave it at that, and just wonder. More than likely, if you try to find out, you will eventually find out again just why that person is your ex.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

How To Handle A Girl Friend Break Up
AHHHHH, the age old question... "How to handle a girl friend break up?" There are many ways of going about this; however, you must choose the best way for you or heck try them all. It all just depends how determined you are to get through this.
Because if all you're going to do is to sit around crying, moaning and groaning all day then all your going to hear is the smallest violin in the world playing "My Heart Cries For You". This article won't help you if that is your choice, but if your ready to get your life back, read on.
Now, the question you have to ask yourself is: "Are you ready to move on, are you ready to get your nuggets back from the girl that took them?" If you are, then you are a little closer to getting a handle on this situation. Remember, it is mind over matter, and she didn't mind so you didn't matter. So, she dumped you.
Keep in mind and do not forget it, she broke up with you. That should be enough motivation in itself for getting over the breakup. First off, get mad if you want to. No, get really pissed and then go find a punching bag and take your frustrations out on that bag. Now if you want to, put up a picture of your ex on the bag, this is optional. Just don't put her on the bag or use her for the bag. It isn't worth all that.
Now take a break, and reflect on why she broke up with you. Were you a loser? Did you have hairy palms? Or did you find yourself with having the uncontrollable urge to pick your nose? You know dig for gold, right in front of her. Whatever the case may be; know the mistakes you made. Knowing will give you a better sense of what you can improve on.
Now that you have picked yourself a part, look at the things she did to you. What did she do that really got underneath your skin? You know those little things, like blaming the cat when she was the one who laid the gas bombs. Or she would take 45 minutes just to get ready to go to the store to buy some gum. Oh, and let's not forget the time you caught her making out with your best friend. See, she isn't that perfect after all.
Now that you find yourself learning how to handle the girl friend break up. You might just realize you could have been upset over something that wasn't that good for you. Just remember these things happen for a reason. Chances are, you are better off without her to begin with. Because somewhere out there, there may be a girl that will appreciate your hairy palms and the both of you can fart and blame the cat or just live happily ever after.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

I Miss My Ex-Boyfriend
Well, it's Saturday night and you're sitting at home with nothing to do. Is your mind wandering to a time in the past? Specifically, missing your hot ex-boyfriend? Got an itch for an old flame or do you have an itch because of an old flame? (Just a little humor) But seriously, let's talk about why you think you want your ex-boyfriend.
What about your ex makes you miss him.? Was it his incredible blue eyes? That simmering look he had that made you all tingly inside? Or was it his sense of humor, the way he made you laugh? Whatever the reason may be, you must ask yourself at what lengths will you go to get him back?
Are you in a relationship now? Are you willing to set that relationship aside? Or are you just wanting something on the side. Thinking about getting your cake (specifically hot beefcake) and eat it too? Is he in a relationship? He may be in a relationship with some psycho bimbo who wouldn't appreciate you in the picture. If you're not careful you may wake up one night and see her standing next to your bed.
If he is worth pursing, just how are you going to get him back? First take the time to figure out what happened in your relationship. Just what was it that broke you up with your ex? In my opinion, you must figure that out and know that you guys can make it past your differences. Once you have that figured out your set to go to the next step.
So, you already know what his likes and dislike are; use that to your advantage. Also, at first, be subtle, be seductive. Really try and peak his curiosity. Make him think twice about why he is not with you now. If you play your cards right, you could have him where you want him; wrapped around your little finger.
You must also realize that if you really want to make it last this time, you must learn from your past mistakes. Besides what's the point in going back to a relationship, that you know has already been broken. Unless this time, you are willing to improve yourself as well as him improving himself. And instead of your relationship falling apart you should emotionally grow closer together. My advice, take it slow, don't make the same mistakes over again. Show him that you are the woman of his dreams.
So are you still saying "I miss my exboyfriend?" If so, don't hesitate, make your mind up and go for it. This may be the best decision you have ever made. Then again maybe not. You will never know unless you try. So, get out that sexy red dress and break out the push up bra. After all, you want the girls to be 'perky'. Maybe if you're lucky you will catch his eye again, good luck!
Good luck, I know you can do it!

I Want to Stop My Divorce - Are You Sure?
If you have made your mind up, and it's something you are 100% sure about. Then yes you can stop your divorce. However, you saying “I want to stop my divorce" and then actually doing something about it is a whole different ball game. Stopping your divorce can be a hard fight that may go 12 rounds or longer. So that is why it's important for you to be 100% sure this is what you want to do.
First thing you should do is tell your partner. Let your partner know how you feel and what you want to do. You have to do that first or everything else you try will be for naught. Not to mention if you both feel the same way then the two of you can stop paying those lawyers and save some money.
For your marriage to be the state it is in, you both are going to have to change. You can't expect things to stay the same and expect your marriage to be ok. It doesn't work this way, you can't have your cake and eat it too. I'm sure that is some of the reason your relationship is the way it is.
One suggestion is for you and your partner to make a list. Let's call the list 10 things I hate about you. However, on the flip end of that, write a list called the 10 things I love about you. I know, it may seem kind of silly, but this is a great way to start to communicate again. The two of you need to remember, these are your feelings and they should be respected no matter how much you disagree.
If both of you can learn from the list you just made; then the two of you are on the right track. Communicating is the key to any relationship. That is not just a saying, it is a fact. Too many times people forget how to communicate and by the time they realize what is going on, someone is calling a lawyer.
However, instead of calling a lawyer, the two of you should have called a counselor. A relationship counselor can help a marriage so much. Sometimes it takes a person from the outside to make sense of a situation that is usually kept on the inside. However, this is something the both of you have to want to do. Also the both of you need to believe that this will help your marriage.
Now this is just the beginning of the fight, However, you did say "I want to stop my divorce?". If you follow this advice then you will be on the right track. So yes you can stop your divorce, just fight for what you want and what you love. That should be reason enough to stop your divorce.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

Is It Worth It Going To Relationship Counseling?
Is it worth going to relationship counseling? Many people wonder just that. Some people think their problems will get better or some think, "Is it worth going to relationship counseling, our relationship is going to end any way". If you're one those thinking either one of those things you need to get your into relationship counseling.
Since 60% percent of marriages end up in divorce, many think why even bother. That in itself is a problem, and that is why those divorce numbers are as high as they are. If more people would think that relationship counseling is worth it, then those numbers may be 60% of marriages last; instead of divorce.
Believe it or not, most people that do go to relationship counseling think that it works. Those people that do are still married. Those people that don't think it works are the people who will get rid of that one person and think their problems are over. Truth of the matter is, half the problem is still there.
However, when couples do go to counseling they find out that the other person was not just the problem. That person finds out that they were just as much of the problem; if not more. They find out things that they never knew about their partner and their self, and the reason for this is most people open up more because they feel safe when there is a third party there. You and your partner may say things you have always wanted to say but were just too frightened of the consequences.
Another reason why counseling is important in a relationship is because of the children. When things are going bad between a couple, when they have children, sometimes the children are often over looked because the couple is to worried about the way they feel. The bad thing about it is the children end up getting the raw end of the deal. They are the ones who really pay.
I can't tell you relationship counseling is going to work for every couple or you every time. It depends on the couple and how bad they want to make it work. The counselor is there to guide the couple in the right direction, they are there to help open up doors that may have been shut or doors that have never been open before. So is it worth going to relationship counseling? Look around you; is it worth losing everything you love? You and your loved one are the only ones that know the answer.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

What Do I Do? She Broke My Heart!!!!
First things first, lift your head up, stand up, now scream out loud "SHE BROKE MY HEART".... Now do you feel better? Chances are that made you feel a little empowered. Now that you have little gusto behind you, stop feeling sorry for yourself. Realize that you are not the first one this has happened too and you will not be the last. Chances are, this might not even be the first time this has happened to you. She may have done this before or someone else has done this to you.
If this is the last time your heart is broken for the duration of your life, than consider yourself lucky. However, you can learn from this and if it happens again, you will know how to handle it a little better. Remember it is not the end of the world. You may feel terrible and think there will never be another but let me tell you from experience, there will be another. Those terrible feelings you have, will eventually go away.
Time heals everything, even a broken heart. Although it may seem like the most gut wrenching process a person can go through, it's true; time will heal a broken heart. Now that you see there may be hope in this time of doom and gloom in your life, here is some even better news. There are more fish in the sea.
Even though at this time, you may think she is the only one for you and you may even feel you will never find another. My friend, you will never find another if you choose to never find another. However, statistics show that women outnumber men nearly 2 to 1 in the world. So, if you want to take a chance, than the odds are in your favor that you will find another.
However, I will say this: "Time is the key, do it when you're ready, and not a second sooner". Now while you may have been crying to your buddies and crying "she broke my heart", you may come to find out that it was a blessing in disguise. You might find out she is not the person you thought she was.
Now, again, the key is time. Let things work them self out. After some time, and plenty of thinking; you might just find out that she is not the person you should be with. Thank your lucky stars and cast your fishing net out into that vast sea of the opposite sex.
Best of Luck, I know you can make things work out!

Someone Help!!!! I Want My Wife Back.
First off, let's start by saying, you saying "I want my wife back" is a good thing. There is nothing to be ashamed of, and no reason to think you are the only one in this world in your predicament. Over half the marriages around the world end up in divorce. So remember you are not alone, if you decide you still love your wife and you want her back; go for it.
If you want your wife back, then admitting that is the first step of possibly having her back in your arms. O.K. , now that you have admitted that; lets reflect on what is the reason you are without your wife now. If you were the reason why you don't have your wife to begin with; then you have to admit that. As hard as it might be to say that it's your fault, you have to do it. If you had an affair, you need to say that, if you took her for granted when she was nothing but good to you, then you need to say it.
The point is, what you need to do, no matter what it was you did; tell the truth. If your wife is not with you, than more than likely you need to change. By you admitting your faults and telling the truth, this means you are one step closer to getting her back. This is one way of letting her know that you are really trying to change.
The second thing that needs to be corrected is the communication between you and your wife. Chances are, there wasn't any communication at all, and this is one of the biggest downfalls in a relationship. To many times people go without saying what is really on their mind; rather they are scared to say it or thought it would not matter.
Things that you and wife were scared to say or thought it would not matter; those things start to add up. Before you know it, little things that are not said turn into big things; then the talking stops all together. Chances are, your wife knows this, and by you acknowledging this is a problem, you are taking a step in the right direction.
Also remember, you both are going to have opinions and hers may be different. It is ok to have different opinions. Respect her opinion, and remember she is an individual just like you are. These small changes can help you get your wife back. Now that your inspired, and are screaming "I want my wife back" to anyone that will listen, don't forget to tell her.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

How A Rebound Relationship Can Work In Your Favor
If you have broken up with the love of your life and she is in a rebound relationship, how do you get her back?
A rebound relationship is one where she is dating someone else to get over you. Rebound relationships keep people from having to deal with the emotions of breaking up. They’re used to help people move on from a real love.
And that’s the key to getting your ex back. She’s in a rebound relationship to deal with losing you.
It does not matter why she lost you. It doesn’t matter if it is your fault or hers. It doesn’t even matter who actually called the relationship off. What matters is that you have a real love.
Because virtually all relationships founded on real love can be saved.
If she’s in a rebound relationship, she will be focusing on what is wrong with your relationship. If you were a “good guy” she’ll probably be hanging out with a “bad boy.” If you were into philosophy, he’ll be watching Monday Night Football. Or, vice versa.
The fact that she is actually focusing on the differences in your styles is actually good for you for two reasons. Her attention is still focused on you even when she’s with the new guy. And, it gives you a chance to see what she’s looking for.
If she’s with someone as different from you as possible, it means that she was missing something in your relationship. You can use the time she’s with rebound man to improve yourself.
Let the rebound relationship run its course. Because, as she spends time with the new guy, she’ll start to see the flaws in him. After a month or so with rebound man, you’ll start to look pretty good.
That’s why you don’t want to crawl back to her right away. Let her develop the idea that she misses the good things in the relationship. When she’s ready to make a move, be magnanimous. Welcome her back graciously. Be a new and improved boyfriend, but don’t do the chasing.
Here are some specific steps to take when your ex is in a rebound relationship:
· Don’t try to convince her that you are the love of her life. Let her discover this on her own.
· Don’t apologize profusely. If you did something wrong, you can say you’re sorry. Once. But move on. She knows the real reason she loves you.
· Don’t make promises to change. You are who you are and that’s who she fell in love with.
· Don’t try to make her see that it wasn’t your fault. She will come to appreciate that over time – but only if you haven’t made her invest energy in defending her position that it was your fault.
· Never, ever beg her to take you back.
When you ex starts going out with someone just after you break up, she’s in a rebound relationship. You can make up with her and get back together. Don’t despair. The rebound relationship is a sign that she’s still in love with you.
Good luck, I know you can do it!

7 Steps on How to Save a Relationship
Jim works long hours and Lisbet doesn’t feel he is there for her. Lisbet spends all of her time meeting the children’s needs and Jim feels that she doesn’t have time for his needs? Can this relationship be saved? Should it be saved? Here’s how to save a relationship.
First, you must decide whether the relationship is worth saving. While almost every relationship can be saved with hard work, both parties must decide that they want to make it work. Because if a partner has opted out and doesn’t want to opt back in, there is little that can be done.
Many people stay in a relationship because it is convenient or remain in a marriage because of the children. But that is not enough. How to save a relationship starts with a commitment by both parties that the relationship is worth saving.
Next, you must pinpoint the problem or problems in a relationship. One of the biggest problems in how to save a relationship is that people believe the symptoms of the problem are the problem itself.
For instance, many people think an affair is a problem that causes break ups. In truth, the affair is a symptom of a deeper problem. For instance, a lack of true intimacy can lead to a straying spouse. While most people look at the affair as the problem, the underlying cause of the affair was the lack of intimacy in the primary relationship. If you do not deal with the lack of intimacy, you might be able to keep another affair from starting through the use of guilt, but another problem (for instance pornography) could pop up because you haven’t dealt with the core issue.
When you start to deal with core issues rather than symptoms, you can save the relationship.
Once you have identified the core problems, you can begin to share your thoughts. This means both verbalizing your own feelings and listening to your partner’s concerns. Hold your partner’s had when you are talking about your problems as a signal that you want to reconnect even when your emotions are swirling. When your partner talks about things that hurt you remember that he or she is not doing it because he or she wants to hurt you. Rather it is because they want to improve the relationship.
Once you have detailed the problems in your relationship, create an action plan to solve them. Then, take concrete steps on your action plan. If you don’t spend time together like you used to, plan a date night every week. Take turns coming up with creative ways to spend an evening together each Wednesday. If not communicating is the problem, commit to spending 20 minutes before going to bed just talking to one another. And, then do it.
Finally, you should realize that saving a relationship is an ongoing process. You are going to take two steps forward only to take one step back. There is going to be both laughter and tears going forward. Be quick to apologize and slow to blame.
Is your relationship worth saving? If so, I’ve described in this article how to save a relationship.
Best of luck, I know you can do it!

ROBBED at gunpoint!
Jeff here from www.makingupmagic.com
Is there something you can learn by being
robbed at gunpoint?
As Travis Jackson explains in the Magic Of Making Up System
The Magic of Making Up System
After your initial contact...you want to set up your
"1st Date" again.
AND...the MOST important part, the secret and
the part nobody else but T Dub will tell ya :-)...is the date HAS
to be EMOTIONALLY CHARGED.
Okay?
That DOES NOT mean 'dinner and a movie'.
because...well...it's BORING...and does not
create a bonding...or in our case a RE-bonding
experience.
In fact, you want to pack in several emotionally
charged mini-dates in a span of a couple hours.
Why?
If you just do 'dinner and a movie' you lose
out on a Sociologically PROVEN principle...
emotionally charged experiences = bond
Look at it in another way.
Last time you went to the bank, do you
remember the person in line in front of you?
Behind you?
Probably not. Me either.
But...
What if while you were in the bank, it
was ROBBED AT GUNPOINT?
and the robbers couldn't get the safe open. The
robbers are livid, screaming and waving huge guns
around. The tension feels so thick you could
cut through it with a knife.
You are lying face down on the cold bank floor
and can see your breath fogging up the tile below.
You are trembling...because it is eerily silent
for a moment.
"Oh my god!"
"Where are the robbers?"
"Are they behind me?"
"Are they watching me?"
So you slowly move your eyes around and
see a sweet older lady lying right next to you.
She looks a little like Grandma, and you come
out of your own haze enough to realize that she
is even more terrified than you. She is softly sobbing.
You slowly reach out and take her hand in yours
and give her a little squeeze that says..."it's gonna
be all right."
NOW!
Let me ask?
Are you going to EVER forget that older lady?
and...
Do you think she will EVER forget you?
Not in a million Sundays!
Now...I'm not saying to go rob a bank on
your first date! LOL.
But you want to go on an EMOTIONALLY
charged and exciting date...and preferably several
mini-dates in a span of a couple hours.
A short roller coaster ride is one GREAT example.
T Dub teaches you more about things like emotionally
charged dates in the Magic Of Making Up System.

You'll also discover psychological tactics and techniques
you can use to get you BACK on that first date with your
ex again.

is even more terrified than you.
A short roller coaster ride is one GREAT example.

charged dates in the Magic Of Making Up System.

Ending a Relationship Breaking Up is Hard To Do
Does your to-do list look something like this:
· Walk dog
· Water plants
· Break up with significant other
Okay, while ending a relationship is hardly at the top of anybody’s calendar, the fact is that when a relationship has gone sour, someone has to make the move to end it. The truth is that many relationships last long beyond the “expire by” date just because breaking up is hard to do.
Sometimes a break up happens in dramatic fashion with clothes being thrown out of a second story window.
Other times, the relationship just peters out until someone says “it’s caput.”
How do you go about ending a relationship so that neither party gets hurt?
You need to get clear on why you want to terminate the romance. The immediate reason that jumps into your mind may not be the real reason. Once you get clear, the next step in ending a relationship is to get honest. That means that in your discussion with your partner that you are true to yourself and to them.
Schedule a mutually convenient time for the breakup. In general, it is better to do it in person rather than over the phone, but if distance is an issue in the relationship, you should do it sooner than wait for a time you can get together.
Get into a state of compassion when ending the relationship. If you want to stay friends after the break up, you need to conclude the romantic ties with love and compassion.
Don’t put your partner on the defensive. Talk about the things you’ve learned and the memories you will cherish that have come from your love. Be present during the break up. Your partner may become very emotional during this time. You need to respond to their needs.
Don’t take anything personally when ending a relationship. Your partner may say things they don’t really mean. Let these words roll off of your back.
Your partner may need to meet with you more than once to conclude the relationship. Or, they may need space. Give your ex what they need to get through the transition time.
But don’t let them make you feel guilty. You’re ready to begin a new phase in your life and it will not include a romantic relationship with your ex. It is best if you retain a positive relationship of some sort with them, but if you are ending the relationship for the right reasons, it is best for both of you.
Should you ever consider reconnecting? Does ending a relationship always mean “the end, close the book?”
That is something you have to decide. Virtually all relationships can be saved if certain conditions are met. If you have the time and are willing to make the effort, you can get through this period as an even stronger couple.
However, if you are determined to walk away, it’s best to end a relationship with a clean break and move on.
Best of luck
Jeff

Best Seller Books On Relationships May Make A Fool Of You
If your ex has just broken up with you, you may be in the marketplace for books on relationships. But how do you choose the best books on relationships among the many offerings out there?
In this article, I will show you how to choose the best books on relationships. And the answer will surprise you. Read on…
First, don’t be fooled by fancy letters after a author’s name. There are many people who find school to be a convenient escape from real life. Instead of engaging with people, they spend their time in the classroom and library. As a result, they end up with a lot of letters after their names when they hit age 35. They use their degrees to indicate that they have “expert knowledge” of a situation. But does their expertise work in the real world?
Instead, you should look for books on relationships by authors who have been in the trenches. They’ve either put a bad relationship back together themselves or they have helped countless buddies do the same. These aren’t therapy patients that come in for the “fifty minute hour” either. These relationships are those of people the author cares deeply about.
Next, you want to find books that don’t boil down to “put the relationship aside for 30 days and work on yourself during that period.” This is all most “save your relationship” or “get your ex back” reports say. Many of the ebooks on the market turn that concept into 50 page documents. These are just pieces of fluff and don’t deserve your attention – or your money.
Instead, you should look for a book that will give you new information; information that you’re friends can’t give you.
For instance, will the book tell you what women crave the most? Will it give you a step by step guide for how to give it to her? Will the book show you how to recover from an affair? Will it give you specific techniques to get relief from your pain?
Finally, look at who is recommending the book. Do the testimonials seem a little generic? Were they written by the author’s brother and second cousin?
You want to find books on relationships that come recommended by a wide variety of people, in various situations, from all walks of life. If it looks like both a guy from England and a newly engaged woman from Kansas have used the book, chances are it will work for you.
There are many books on relationships on the market. Unfortunately, most of them are drivel because they weren’t written by someone in the trenches. As a result, they have generic advice that could be best summed up in a paragraph or two. Then, what recommendations the book can get are generic in nature, because the book really has nothing going for it.
Finding the best books on relationships can take a little work. But, everything about relationships are work. Shouldn’t you invest the time and money in the very best book out them?
Best of Luck

Advice on Relationships How to Keep a Woman Happy
Do you know how to keep a woman happy? Here is some advice on relationships for men.
The first advice on relationships item I have for you is to always be yourself. Many men don’t feel that they are good enough to catch a beautiful, sexy woman, so they put on a show. But a confident man is the sexiest beast around. Have you ever noticed that some of the ugliest guys have some of the prettiest women? That is because they display a level of confidence that is more attractive to women than physical looks.
Next, you should do the little things. This means offering to take her car in for an oil change or giving her a bag of Jelly Bellies (her favorite flavors) from time to time. Sometimes men think in terms of “grand gestures,” when it is the little things add up to long relationships.
This ties into the next piece of advice on relationships: appreciate her. You shouldn’t take her for granted. Let her know that you value her.
Next up is not obviously looking at other women when you are with her. Women think that you are comparing her to the woman you’re looking at. They don’t understand the whole concept of “the day I stop looking is the day I die.” This comes from the biological drive for monogamy in women. Women are looking for a lifetime partner for a man with whom they can raise children. They can’t help it. That’s how evolution designed them. So minimize the ogling, especially when she’s around.
You should try to make her laugh. While men list good looks at the top of the things they need in a woman, women list a man’s sense of humor. So, if you want the relationship to last, keep her laughing.
The next bit of advice on relationships comes in seeking common interests. It’s great if you got together because of a hobby or an interest, but it still helps when you take an interest in a long standing passion of hers. If this means developing an appreciation for foreign films, so be it. This shows that you care about her and she’ll know you are one in a million.
Once you get the girl, it may seem like you don’t have to try anymore – at least as far as grooming goes. And, while women are less sensitive to looks than men are, they still like a man who makes an attempt. So, shave on weekends. Keep in touch with the latest fashion trends for men. In short, don’t get sloppy just because you’ve landed her. You can unland her just as easily.
She’s going to need to know that she can integrate you into her circle of family and friends. A man must be part of her larger life, especially after the first few weeks of passion are over. So, make an effort to get along with her girlfriends and impress her parents. A woman relies on her social network to validate her relationship choices. Make an effort.
You should always be considerate of her feelings. Women are less stable than guys. Part of this is hormonal. When you are sensitive to her mood, you won’t get on her bad side.
The final piece of advice on relationships is to be open to trying new things. At the beginning of a relationship, everything is new from the types of dates you arrange to the way you kiss. But, after a while, these things become routine. If you find that your relationship has fallen into a rut, shake things up. Try something new. It will go a long way to keeping your relationship healthy.
So, there are ten bits of advice on relationships to keep your dating life strong. Look you guys, these things are common sense and the fact is I almost drove my sweetheart out of my life because I didn't pay attention to what I was doing. There is a book that woke me up written by T 'Dub' Jackson called "The Magic Of Making Up". After I read it and began applying his common sense suggestions, our love life turned around. Not only that all of my personal relationships, with friends, co-workers and my family have become much smother than they were before.
You might want to check out "The Magic of Making Up" yourself.
Good luck!

How to Get your Ex Boyfriend Back Without Driving Him Away
Did something go wrong between you and your boyfriend, causing one or both of you to flee? If you were well on your way to creating a happy relationship and somehow managed to fall off the track, don't worry! It is possible to learn how to get your ex boyfriend back with the right steps and a basic understanding of where to go from here.
First, you are going to want to ask yourself four vital questions. These are really important questions when it comes to figuring out how to get your ex boyfriend back.
- Is the matter that caused the breakup actually important enough to warrant the attention it is getting?
- Is it even really appropriate to argue about this matter right now?
- Can anything be changed or made different by prevailing in the argument or is it more worthwhile to just nip the argument in the bud and move on?
- Is the issue even worth arguing about in the first place?
If you answer no to any of the aforementioned questions, then stop pressing the matter and let it slide. Many break ups can be prevented or quickly rekindled if a large argument is settled. Surprisingly enough, many breakup inducing argument are really completely unnecessary, and could be cast aside if only the parties involved could let the tension slide and move on.
The next step to learning how to get your ex boyfriend back is to stop fretting so hard about how you are being perceived. It really does not matter if people think you are funny or too serious, fat or too thin, stupid or intelligent. You want to let go on these concerns so that you can finally be yourself and let your behavior flow. This way, people like your ex boyfriend will perceive you for who you actually are, rather than who you are trying to be.
Emotionally and mentally distancing yourself from your ex is an important step in learning how to get your ex boyfriend back. While this may seem counterintuitive, it is actually important to take yourself out of the situation mentally, removing the stress associated with the break up. When you are feeling more calmed and relaxed, and he is feeling the same, this is when true resolution can finally become a part of the dialogue between the two of you. A little bit of distance never hurt anyone. It's important to stay in contact and maintain positive conversation and communication, but take the emotions out of the situation if you want to survive the conversation.
Once your head is clear, and his head is clear, this is when the situation can be truly analyzed for what it is. When you and your ex are no longer feeling so hot headed about the issue that led to the breakup, this is when you can sit down together and communicate through a solution.
Most breakups can be easily undone if you and your ex boyfriend can simply find the patience and civility to talk things through, so this should be your primary goal if you want to rekindle the flame with an ex significant other that you care significantly for.
These are just the beginning steps in how to win your ex boyfriend back without driving him away.

Learn How to Get Him Back
Are you yearning for the good old days and hoping to rekindle a lost romance? Are you interested in giving a tumultuous relationship another chance? Follow these steps detailed below and you can learn how to get him back.
1 - Keep in mind, first and foremost, that patience is a virtue. Do not rush anything, but rather start things off with a simple small whenever you pass your ex, or waving and saying hello every so often. You should maintain eye contact so that he knows you are communicating with him and not with somebody else, but do not let it go much further than this.
2 - Try slowly implementing conversation in again, making an attempt to talk to him when you can. Remember that you should keep your conversation brief, and rather basic in nature. Do not reveal too much, because mystery is actually quite a bit appealing for many men. Also, if you run into him at a party or a social gathering, if your friends come into the room, you may consider stopping the conversation to return to them. This will let him know that while the communication between the two of you is nice, he is not your highest priority right now. Don't be afraid to flirt a little bit here and there as well.
3 - Keep things fresh. Make sure that you look good, and smell good, and that you keep things changed up on a fairly regular basis in order to keep him interested in you. You should put some thought into your appearance because maintaining your good looks will show confidence and respect for yourself and your body which is something that most men find quite sexy and attractive.
4 - Don't be afraid to throw a few honest compliments out there every so often. You are going to want to make sure that your ex feels good any time he is around you if you really want to get your ex back. Talk about the good times that you and he spent together, bringing up good memories from the past. Help him remember some of the best highlights from the days of your relationship and enjoy the reminiscing while simultaneously working to get him back.
Try to become your ex's friend first and foremost, because if he wants you back, he will eventually let you know. Be his friend, open up to him, show him a nice time, and if his feelings for you are rekindled, he will let you know. Take things slowly and don't act too needy. Instead, just play it cool and let him come to you. If things are meant to be, they will be, and you will learn how to get him back through the process.

Learn How To Get Her Back
If you really think that you and your ex are meant to get back together, then you need to learn how to get her back. Learning how to get her back is not necessarily difficult, but it does take some thinking and some planning if you really do want to get the results you seek.
1 - Though it may seem counterintuitive when rekindling the relationship is what you seek, if you want to learn how to get her back you need to begin by cutting off communication for a while. This is going to be tough, and it may even feel as if it is killing you, but it will be killing her even more. After a little bit of time she will begin to realize how much she really needs you, and how much she desperately misses you. Cutting off communication is one of the biggest and most vital steps in rekindling things with your ex.
2 - Allow yourself to recover emotionally. If you want to learn how to get her back, you need to take the time to become emotionally controlled and calmed down. Women dislike me who are desperate, clingy or needy, so pull your life together and get over those feelings long before you consider trying to draw her back in to your life.
3 - Flirt with someone new. This is another step that may seem counterintuitive in nature, but it is extremely useful if you are trying to learn how to get her back. Start talking to another girl, because it will be too much for your ex to bear. Not only will this benefit you because it will take some of your stress away, but it will also let your ex girlfriend know that you are moving on, which will make her jealous and cause her to realize how much she really wants to be with you.
4 - Behave as if nothing is bothering you. In other words, if you want to learn how to get her back, you need to play it cool. She is not going to want to take you back if you are feeling and behaving depressed. You need to make sure that you are behaving as if you are having a good time, overcoming the break up depression to let her know that everything is okay.
5 - Always look your best. Make sure that you are dressed to kill and look your best all the time. She won't be able to resist you, hands down. Appearance can play a large role in showing your ex that you're moving on and look great. If you look great and take the time to look your best, your ex will notice, and will respond positively.
These are just the beginning steps in winning your Ex back. They are the initial steps I followed when I lost the love of my life. And frankly these aren't my original ideas. I turned to T 'Dub' Jackson when I had no idea of how to get my true love back.
